How do I create an account?

Download Myzie from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and sign up with your email address. You’ll be guided through a quick onboarding to personalize your experience.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account Management > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data, including goals, progress, messages, and profile information. This action cannot be undone.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device’s app store. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, go to Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Go to Settings > Membership and tap "Restore Purchases." This will sync any active subscriptions from your Apple or Google account.

Is my data private?

Yes. You control the visibility of your goals and activity. You can set your default privacy to Everyone, Friends Only, or Just Me.

How does the AI coaching work?

Myzie’s AI provides personalized guidance based on your goals, progress, and check-ins. It helps you build roadmaps, stay on track, and adjust when life gets in the way. Your conversations with Myzie are private to your account.

What’s included in the free plan?

The free plan includes 2 active goals, basic AI guidance, 1 daily check-in, and access to the community and challenges. Upgrade to Plus or Max for more goals, enhanced AI, and additional features.
